A 911 caller told officers that he saw a black male wearing camo pants and a red tank top carrying some bags and jackets and riding a silver bicycle out of the residence. The 911 caller lives in the neighborhood and was going to alert the homeowner. Officers observed the Defendant wearing the same clothing described above and riding a silver bike at the Speedway gas station at [ADDRESS REDACTED] West in Minneapolis.
The Defendant was arrested after a short foot chase. Officers spoke to the homeowner who stated that he was inside the home that morning.
