On February 3, 2026, local law enforcement was made aware of an individual named Z. P., who was possibly at Willow Inn and Suites located at 3621 8th Street in the City of Moorhead, County of Clay, State of Minnesota. Z. P. Had an active warrant for a Federal Supervised Release violation. Law enforcement conducted surveillance at the location and observed a vehicle registered to Raven Elise Ware [DOB REDACTED] hereafter "Defendant." Defendant is Z. P.'s significant other and had called the vehicle in as stolen on January 30, 2026. Defendant had reported that she and Z. P. Had gotten into an argument and Z. P. Had left with the vehicle and was refusing to answer Defendant's calls or texts.
Staff at the Willow Inn and Suites indicated that there was a room being rented by a person identified as the Defendant and the room rented was #105. Room #105 was directly in front of where the vehicle owned by the Defendant was parked. Staff looked at a picture of Z. P. And identified him as the male party seen with the Defendant. Staff further confirmed that around 1300 hours on February 3, 2026, Z. P. Was inside Room #105. Law enforcement applied for and was granted a search warrant to search Room #105 at the Willow Inn and Suites for stolen property, firearms, firearm parts, accessories and ammunition.
The search warrant was executed on February 3, 2026. Both Defendant. And Z. P. Were found in the room. The search yielded one 300 Black Out rifle cartridge and a muzzle compensator inside of a blue suitcase containing male clothing. Male clothing was primarily located surrounding the suitcase. Female clothing was located throughout the rest of the hotel room. The only female present at the time was the Defendant. A plastic baggie of a crystalline substance was found on the south wall table behind the tv near a backpack/purse.
The substance field tested positive for methamphetamine and weighed 0.3 grams. Defendant has a previous conviction for possession with intent to manufacture/deliver methamphetamine from North Dakota, see 51-2019-CR-01277 At the time of the incident and the writing of the complaint the Defendant is on bond for 1st Degree sale and possession of controlled substances. ### PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
