This property is located is within one city block of the Zimmerman Highschool campus, located at 25900 4th Street W, Zimmerman, MN 55398. The search warrant allowed law enforcement to search the home, detached garage, and all vehicles associated with the Defendant for possible controlled substances. It was executed on February 18, 2025. The Defendant was home when it was executed and he pointed out his bedroom to officers. Inside the bedroom, officers saw a large gray shelving unit. Inside the shelving unit, they found two baggies containing crystal‐like substances.
The substances were later sent to a lab for testing. The lab results show the baggies contained 4.73 grams of methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance. When asked about the methamphetamine during a Mirandized statement, the Defendant explained he uses it for pain management. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49, intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
