On 02/26/2026, St. Anthony Police were contacted by Cub Foods Asset Protection personnel at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in St. Anthony, Ramsey County. They informed police that the same suspects who stole $3,064.04 worth of merchandise from the store on 2/4/26 (62-CR-26-1614), also stole $1,947.49 of merchandise on 02/20/2026. Cub Foods’ CCTV footage showed that on 02/20/2026 at about 1256 hrs, the same two females entered the healthcare department and filled reusable bags with over the counter medications.
After completely emptying the shelves of product, they left the store making no attempt to pay for the merchandise concealed in their bags, Asset Protection Personnel and police were professionally well acquainted with the two females from previous shoplifting incidents and positively identified them as Shakeena Takeema Tracy Monique FLAX [DOB REDACTED] and Leanika Marie WARREN ([DOB REDACTED]). For purposes of Rue 6.02: FLAX has an extensive criminal history, including at least five prior felony convictions, six theft convictions, and five pending theft related cases in Minnesota.
