On January 6, 2026, JOHNNY JACKSON – [DOB REDACTED], was sentenced on a gross misdemeanor charge of Violation of Domestic Abuse No Contact Order (DANCO) in Washington County District Court File No. ••-CR-••-••••. At the hearing, the Court issued a probationary DANCO, which prohibited JACKSON from having contact with KAF and from going to her residence. The DANCO remains in effect. On January 13, police responded to KAF’s residence in St. Paul, Ramsey County, Minnesota. KAF reported that she had JACKSON over to her apartment that day despite the DANCO. While JACKSON was at her apartment, KAF told police that she found out he was cheating on her, so she told him to leave.
KAF reported that JACKSON left, but once he was outside, he kicked her front door, which caused damage to the door frame and lock. Police observed and documented the damage to the door. On February 22, at approximately 11:15 A.M., police responded to KAF’s residence on a DANCO violation report. KAF told police that JACKSON was breaking the DANCO by texting and calling her repeatedly. Police saw numerous text messages that included several videos and photos sent from the contact assigned to JACKSON in KAF’s phone.
In the messages, KAF refers to the sender as “Johnny”. In addition, police observed several calls from a restricted number that continuously called KAF. KAF told police that she believed JACKSON tried to pry open her bedroom window between February 19 and February 20. Police observed a slight inward dent as if someone tried tampering with it. KAF also advised that JACKSON sent threatening text messages as well as explicit nude videos of KAF and JACKSON to her friend, PT. KAF was reluctant to pursue charges on JACKSON for disseminating the explicit videos.
KAF expressed how fatigued she had become from feeling unsafe in her home due to JACKSON’s constant contacts. At approximately 11:49 P.M., police responded back to KAF’s apartment. KAF reported that JACKSON continued to text and call her since police responded that morning. Police observed nearly one hundred phone calls over the past several hours. KAF told police that she is scared of JACKSON and worried that he may seriously hurt her. The investigator spoke with PT, who advised that he received unsolicited messages from JACKSON on Facebook between February 20 and 21. PT described the messages as threatening.
PT also said that JACKSON sent videos of KAF having sex with JACKSON and made derogatory comments about KAF. PT recognized KAF in the videos because he could see her face. PT sent screenshots of JACKSON’s texts to KAF and provided them to police along with the videos JACKSON sent. The video JACKSON sent to PT showed KAF having sexual intercourse with a male, presumably JACKSON. KAF’s face is visible during portions of the video. Police obtained a search warrant for the Facebook info for JACKSON’s Facebook account that he used to send messages to PT. The messages sent through Messenger were not contained in the search warrant return.
