On December 19, 2025, at approximately 7:33 A.M., Plymouth Police were dispatched toa damage to property at Frankie's Towing, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] 169 in Plymouth, Hennepin County. Police arrived and spoke with the reporting party D. F. Who stated that he was the driver of the vehicle that was damaged. He stated that around 4:20 A.M., ADAM RAYMOND JUNIOR [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, called the business upset because his vehicle was towed. D. F. Told police that Defendant was threatening him saying things like "you'll see what happens" and "I'm going to take your job." Around 6:00 A.M., D. F. Stated his boss came in and asked what happened to his car.
When D. F. Went outside, he observed his vehicle had been damaged in multiple areas. Police entered the garage and observed the vehicle had two large holes in the front windshield, a large hole in the rear windshield, and other damage across the vehicle. There was a rock sitting on the dashboard and footprints and handprints on the car. The total estimated damage to the vehicle was $2,750.04. On December 22, 2025, police obtained video surveillance that showed the vehicle being damaged. Around 4:57 A.M., a vehicle parks near the garbage service door and a passenger exits the vehicle.
The passenger picks up a large rock and proceeds to the car. Another video shows the male suspect throwing something at the windows of the vehicle and getting on top of the vehicle before running away southbound. Police confirmed from the security footage that Defendant is wearing the exact same clothes while speaking with police that morning, that the male suspect is wearing the video damaging the car. At present, Defendant is not in custody.
