On December 20, 2025, Minneapolis police responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED], Minneapolis, Hennepin County, for an unknown trouble report. Upon arrival, officers were greeted by Tommy McGraW-Williams, herein DEFENDANT, who was holding a large butcher knife. Due to holding the knife, DEFENDANT was detained right away. Officers spoke with M. M., (herein Victim 1), who stated DEFENDANT had been threatening her with the knife. Victim 1 stated DEFENDANT held the knife in a threatening manner while making slashing motions.
Victim 1 stated that when she saw DEFENDANT with the knife her stomach dropped because she was afraid for her life. Victim 1 stated DEFENDANT is her friend, K. P.’s (herein Victim 2), boyfriend. Officers spoke with Victim 2 who stated she and DEFENDANT had been in a relationship for one year. Victim 2 stated DEFENDANT raised the knife over his head and threatened her. DEFENDANT has 8 prior felony domestic assault related convictions. Within the last 10 years, DEFENDANT has the following prior qualifying domestic related convictions: 27-CR-16-32207 – Felony Violate a No Contact Order; 27-CR-16-5717 – Felony Violate a No Contact Order; and 27-CR-18-12988 – Felony Violate a No Contact Order and First-Degree Burglary.
DEFENDANT is currently out of custody.
