Probable Cause
A confirmed probation violation warrant exists for the arrest of the Defendant from the Mississippi Department of Corrections. The warrant is for absconding from supervision commencing in April, 2023, for a Burglary of an Automobile conviction from June 24, 2021, wherein the Defendant was sentenced to serve five years in custody and the Court suspended 0 years of the sentence and placed the Defendant on supervised probation for a term of 3 years. The warrant was issued by a Judge of the Circuit Court in and for Tunica County, Mississippi.
It has been verified that the Mississippi Department of Corrections authorities will extradite the Defendant for the above offense in the event the Defendant refuses to waive extradition. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49, intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
