On April 18, 2026, the Criminal Investigations Division of the Anoka County Sheriff's Office received a report of nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images. K. T., "Victim" herein, an adult female, reported that JUSTUS ANDERS SIMS [DOB REDACTED], "Defendant" herein, her partner and the father of her children, had been posting nude photos of her and videos depicting sexual acts between her and Defendant on the platforms Reddit and Telegram. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had used hidden cameras to surreptitiously record the two of them performing sex acts in their bedroom and had somehow obtained private nude images from her phone, as well as photographs that she had shared with Defendant with the understanding that they would remain private.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] on the 21300 block of VanBuren St. NE, city of East Bethel, county of Anoka. Victim [NAME REDACTED] on April 18th, 2026, when the family was at home, Victim saw Defendant's work cellphone, a black iPhone 17 in a black case, sitting on their bed while Defendant was asleep. Victim looked at the phone and noticed that there were several tabs open on the phone to different websites. She reviewed the tabs and discovered that Defendant had been posting sexually explicit videos and photos of her on Reddit and sharing images with other users on Reddit and Telegram under the username "EatsOatsOnSunday." Victim [NAME REDACTED] had found at least 4 videos of her in different sexual acts that she did not consent to being recorded.
Based on the videos, Victim reported that Defendant appeared to have placed multiple cameras in the bedroom in order to record the sexual acts. Victim recalled the events around the sexual acts and was able to identify herself in the video. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been posted and shared online. Law enforcement reviewed the pictures and videos that Victim [NAME REDACTED] from Defendant's phone. Law enforcement observed a picture with the contact card "John doe" and Username @ EatsOatsOnSunday from the Telegram app, with a phone number matching that of Defendant's in ACSO records and as provided by Victim.
Law enforcement noted that the phone had received a text message regarding Defendant's federal tax returns, along with a text sent from the phone that says "Hello this is Justus with Imaginality. We are on our way to install signage." Victim reported that Defendant works for a sign installation company. In reviewing the photos and videos from Defendant's phone provided by Victim, [NAME REDACTED] in February and March of 2026, Defendant's postings and shares with other users included the following: - A video of Defendant and Victim [NAME REDACTED] in their bedroom was shared on Reddit with other users.
This video was identified by Victim as depicting her and Defendant and Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been surreptitiously created without her knowledge or consent. - A video of Defendant and Victim [NAME REDACTED] in their bedroom was shared with another user on Telegram. This video was identified by Victim as depicting her and Defendant and Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been surreptitiously created without her knowledge or consent. - A photograph of Victim with her bare breasts exposed while wearing a butterfly patterned bathrobe was posted on Reddit to r/amateurslutsgonewild.
