The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On October 28, 2025, officers with the St. Paul Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Pacific Street in the City of St. Paul, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota for a reported domestic assault. Upon arrival, they spoke with M. Y. X., fully identified in the police reports. M. Y. X. Reported that she and her boyfriend, Kenneth Andree Brown, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, got into an argument.
During the argument, the defendant threw her onto the bed and held her down by her arms. He then punched her in the head multiple times. M. Y. X. Broke free and called 911, at which point the defendant fled. M. Y. X. Experienced nausea and a headache as a result of the assault, which medics indicated could be a sign of her having a concussion. Officers also observed an abrasion on her chest. Officers also spoke with M. Y. X.’s daughter, who reported that she heard arguing coming from M. Y. X.’s bedroom.
When she went to the bedroom, she saw the defendant holding down M. Y. X. By the arms. The defendant was not on scene and officers have not located him. Officers learned that the defendant has threatened to kill M. Y. X. On multiple occasions and that his behavior has been escalating. Complainant requests a warrant for the defendant’s arrest.
