At around 1:20 AM on December 2, 2025, officers were sent to [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County on a gun-pointing incident. Officers spoke to BB [DOB REDACTED] who was towing cars that had not been moved from emergency snowplow routes and were illegally parked. MS came out of [ADDRESS REDACTED] and stood between the tow truck and the vehicle so it could not be towed away. MS demanded to see paperwork, and BB showed it to her. BB realized that MS didn’t own the vehicle he was about to tow, and he grabbed the paperwork from MS’s hand.
VINCENT CELESPINO SANCHEZ-MYHRE [DOB REDACTED] exited [ADDRESS REDACTED] with a handgun that had a blue laser attached to it. Sanchez-Myhre pointed the handgun at BB. BB told MS and Sanchez-Myhre that he was calling his company when in reality he called 911. Sanchez-Myhre fled. MS identified the man with the gun as the father of her child—Sanchez-Myhre. MS showed police video from the incident, but she was reluctant to provide police with the video out of fear of retaliation from Sanchez-Myhre. Officers later obtained the video pursuant to a search warrant.
The surveillance video showed Sanchez- Myhre pointing a handgun with a blue laser at BB. Sanchez-Myhre has 6 prior felony convictions.
