The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: that on November 16, 2025 at approximately 4:52 P.M. Police came upon a motor vehicle (MN plate LGH910) stopped in the middle of the road at the intersection of Magnolia and Barclay in the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County with the motor running and the driver asleep at the wheel. They approached and woke the driver, who would be identified as Dearryl Bernard WILLIAMS, [DOB REDACTED], MN ID # B000068609000, Defendant herein.
There was an open can of beer in the console of his car. Defendant admitted drinking, and had a strong odor of alcohol on his person. His eyes were bloodshot and watery and he slurred his speech, and had poor balance once he was out of the vehicle. He performed poorly on several field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. Defendant became exceedingly hostile once he was arrested. After he was read a rights advisory, he only became more angry and refused testing via his conduct, as he repeatedly denied driving, would only swear at officers, and was so uncooperative he could not even be brought into the testing room and eventually failed booking into the jail.
Defendant has prior DWI convictions in the state of Georgia from 2018 and 1996.
