At around noon on April 21, 2026, a deputy responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED] D West, Arden Hills, Ramsey County on a criminal damage to property report. A neighbor saw a woman, later identified as JAZMINE AMIYAH RUSH [DOB REDACTED], using a metal rod to damage a black Mercedes E53 sedan at that location. Rush destroyed both side mirrors, both taillights, both headlights, and damaged a window. The neighbor took a photo of the Ford Explorer bearing Minnesota license plates FLX307 that Rush arrived and left in.
On April 22, 2026, Rush was stopped in Edina driving the Explorer. Officers noted a bent metal bar was inside the Explorer. Rush was advised of her constitutional rights, and she agreed to speak to police. She said her father’s child [NAME REDACTED] at [ADDRESS REDACTED] D West. He had taken money from her Cash App, and he wasn’t responding to Rush’s attempts to get the money back. Rush went to the address hoping to reason with her father’s child, but he refused to answer her calls or go to the address.
Rush was at her breaking point, and she damaged the Mercedes with her hands and feet. The Mercedes owner, who is not Rush’s child’s father, estimated that it will cost between $3000 - $4000 to repair the damage to his car.
