On February 5, 2026, at approximately 11:27 P.M., police responded to [ADDRESS REDACTED], Little Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota. The call was initially a 911 hangup then the caller called back and said she needed help and there was a man that possibly had a gun. Police met with the caller, TJK, who reported that her friend, ARH, was involved in a domestic and TJK saw the male with a firearm. TJK said she left the apartment because they were yelling and fighting and was also with two children that she got out of the apartment.
TJK knocked on the door of a neighboring apartment for help. Police went to ARH’s apartment where they heard yelling and a possible struggle inside the apartment. ARH opened the door, and police observed a male, JEREMIAH LESHAWN STUCKEY-TAYLOR – [DOB REDACTED], come to the door as well. Police told STUCKEY-TAYLOR to show them his hands, but he ran into the back bedroom. Police followed him and observed him crouch down near the bunk beds in the back bedroom then he came out of the bedroom and put his hands in the air.
ARH told police that STUCKEY-TAYLOR may have had a firearm on him. Police located a S&W.40 caliber handgun under the bed. There was a round in the chamber and a loaded magazine. A search of the serial number revealed that the firearm was reported stolen. ARH told police that she and STUCKEY-TAYLOR had been dating for approximately two months. ARH said they argued that day because STUCKEY-TAYLOR was sleeping with other people and contracted an STI. ARH reported that STUCKEY-TAYLOR pushed her back into the closet door in the entry.
They continued arguing and moved to the bedroom where ARH reported that STUCKEY-TAYLOR put his hand around her throat and strangled her. ARH said she could not breathe or speak while STUCKEY-TAYLOR had his hand around her throat. ARH said STUCKEY-TAYLOR threatened to hurt her and anyone else that “pulled up.” Police observed a bruise on ARH’s right shoulder, red marks on her upper back, and raised red marks on her lower back. Following a Miranda advisory, STUCKEY-TAYLOR declined to provide a statement.
In jail calls on February 6, STUCKEY-TAYLOR told an individual, “I’m finna go to prison bro … bro, for a pipe (common word for a gun) bro.” STUCKEY-TAYLOR further stated, “Bro when the dude came in bro, I basically tossed that b**** (firearm).” STUCKEY-TAYLOR also spoke with ARH from the jail and confronted her about telling police that he strangled her. ARH responded that she had redness around her neck and told police that he grabbed her. STUCKEY-TAYLOR asked why she told them he grabbed her. STUCKEY-TAYLOR also told ARH that she did not have to let them (police) in and that she did not love him or she would never have put him in there.
