That on or about October 2, 2025, Officer Winckler with the St. Louis Park Police Department was dispatched to Bath & Body Works, located at 8364 Hwy. 7, in the City of St. Louis Park, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, on a past action theft report. Upon arrival, Officer Winckler spoke with Loss Prevention, who stated that on or about October 1, 2025, two Black female suspects entered the store, concealed merchandise on their person, bypassed all points of sale without making a purchase, and exited the store.
One of the Black female suspects, later identified as UNIQUE TENISHA FLOWERS (“Defendant” herein), is a known repeat shoplifter at Bath & Body Works. The additional Black female theft suspect was later identified through law enforcement databases as N. R., who is also a known shoplifting suspect and an associate of Defendant. According to the Loss Prevention report, N. R. Entered Bath & Body Works and concealed merchandise on her person. N. R. Selected 4 Wallflower heaters ($19.95 per heater), 6 Wallflower bulbs ($7.95 per bulb), 3 fragrance mists ($18.95 per fragrance mist), and 3 hand soaps ($7.95 per hand soap). N. R. Proceeded to bypass all points of sale without making a purchase, and exited the store.
In total, N. R. Stole $208.20 worth of merchandise, which was not recovered. According to the Loss Prevention report, Defendant entered Bath & Body Works and concealed merchandise on her person. Defendant selected 11 three-wick candles ($26.95 per candle), bypassed all points of sale without making a purchase, and exited the store. In total, Defendant stole $296.45 worth of merchandise, which was not recovered. Officers received surveillance footage of the incident for review. After reviewing the surveillance footage, Officers confirmed the allegations against N. R. And the Defendant.
At present, Defendant is not in custody.
