Jackson Mariano Pineda

On December 22, 2025, at 2:44 am officers were dispatched to the 7000 block of Lake Street in St. Louis Park Hennepin County Minnesota in response to a domestic assault. Officers arrived and spoke to female victim who stated that her ex-boyfriend, JACKSON MARIANO PINEDA, [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant, had entered her home that night without permission and assaulted her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been trespassed from this residence previously and on that night arrived and he made multiple attempts to enter, finally climbing through a window.

Defendant then entered her bedroom and began striking her and strangling her. Victim was observed to have cuts on her mouth and a small cut on her ear. Officers also observed footprints in the snow leading to the window of the home, as well as the screen from the window was removed and on the ground in a damaged condition. The Defendant was located nearby and claimed he was in the area because he was chased by men with a gun.
