On April 15, 2025, an officer with the Anoka Police Department was on routine patrol when he was notified of a Flock Alert for MN license plate LJP 384. The registered owner's license status was listed as revoked. The officer located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop near Highway 10 and Thurston Avenue in the City of Anoka, Anoka County, MN. The driver was identified as the registered owner, CHRISTOPHER ANDREW PALM [DOB REDACTED], the Defendant herein. Record checks confirmed the Defendant’s license was cancelled as inimical to public safety.
Defendant was then taken into custody. During an inventory search of the vehicle, the officer located a Copenhagen container containing a white crystalline substance. The Midwest Regional Forensic Laboratory later tested the substance and confirmed it to be 1.054 grams of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.
