On August 14, 2025, VOTF investigators conducted a controlled purchase of methamphetamine from Kendall LaRay Bennett, [DOB REDACTED] (Bennett). Investigators coordinated with a CI who was familiar with Bennett. Bennett communicated with CI and agreed to sell them roughly two ounces of methamphetamine at a location inside Stearns County, Minnesota. Through additional conversations, investigators learned Bennett would be procuring methamphetamine from his source of supply prior to selling it to CI. While conducting surveillance, investigators observed Bennett meet with Justin James Sondrol, [DOB REDACTED] (Sondrol) at a location in Stearns County, Minnesota.
The two conducted a hand to hand exchange while Sondrol sat in his vehicle. After meeting Sondrol, Bennett sold CI 57.54 grams containing methamphetamine. Communications between Sondrol and Bennett prior to the sale taking place confirmed Sondrol acted as Bennett's source of methamphetamine. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, on or about August 14, 2025, in Stearns County, Minnesota, committed the offense(s) described herein.
