On or about November 4-5, 2025, police officers from numerous jurisdictions joined in an undercover sex trafficking/prostitution of minors detail. Officers placed ads on multiple websites offering prostitution services. One of the individuals who responded to the commercial sex ad was SASENARINE GHAMANDY [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant then engaged in a text conversation with an undercover officer (UC) posing as a 17-year-old girl. Defendant contacted “UC” by texting the number in the ad asking "UC" if she was available "incall" (known by law enforcement as term used for a sex for money transaction where the patron comes to the location of the sex worker). Defendant stated that he wanted "hhr" (half hour) of time and agreed to pay $150. "UC" told Defendant that she was a little younger than her ad stated, and Defendant asked her how much younger. "UC" told Defendant that she was only 17. Defendant then asked for "UC's" location.
Defendant told "UC" he would be using a condom and told "UC" to let him know when she was ready. Defendant was given an address being used by law enforcement to meet “UC,” which was located in Bloomington, Hennepin County, Minnesota. After Defendant arrived, he continued to text with "UC" asking for photos. Thereafter, Defendant was placed under arrest. Officers seized Defendant’s cell phone. A confirmatory text message was sent by officers to Defendant’s cell phone. A check of Defendant's history reveals two prior sex-related convictions.
