On March 3, 2026, at 0845 hours, East Metro Dispatch aired a driving complaint eastbound 94 from 280, St Paul, Ramsey County. AH reported that the driver of a white SUV, with Florida plate AS39UC, approached from behind her at a high rate of speed, slowed and tailgated her in her vehicle. The Jeep swung around her, braked checked her and forced AH to change lanes. The driver of the Jeep, a black female with straight black hair, and a facial piercing, waved something that appeared to be a gun at AH. On March 6, 2026, 0915 hours, dispatch aired a similar complaint in the same area.
MT said that the driver of a white SUV with a Florida plate pointed a handgun at her after MT made several lane changes while merging onto eastbound 94 from 280. She described the driver as a black female with straight, shoulder-length black hair. Troopers put out a KOPS alert on the vehicle. Investigation revealed that the vehicle had been rented from Enterprise by Jasmine Peacock, [DOB REDACTED]. Peacock’s driver’s license photo matched the description of the female driving the white Jeep during both incidents.
The vehicle was past due for return and Enterprise wanted the vehicle. Roseville police officers stopped the suspect Jeep on March 7, 2026. Peacock was the driver. She had two facial piercings on her left cheek. She gave consent to search the vehicle. Troopers found a replica handgun in the driver’s door pouch. Peacock said she was in the process of buying the Jeep. Enterprise said that Jeep was not for sale and was rented with a past due date. Peacock denied any road rage or gun pointing incidents.
She said her brother might have been driving the vehicle. She said he had dreads. She also stated that he was currently in Iowa.
