On 10-31-2025, at approximately 11:47 pm, law enforcement was dispatched to a report of a domestic assault at a residence located on the 11600 block of Arbor Lakes Parkway North, City of Maple Grove, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota. Upon arrival, law enforcement encountered Victim, who reported that her boyfriend, identified as ALIEON ALONTAY WASHINGTON [DOB REDACTED] (aka Alieon Alontray Washington [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, punched and strangled her. Victim [NAME REDACTED] was yelling at her about money.
Victim [NAME REDACTED] told her “B****, I'll get your ass b****, shut the f*** up and gimme my money. I come over there and smash the f*** outta you.” At some point, Defendant approached Victim [NAME REDACTED] in the head. Victim reported Defendant hit her several times. Victim stated that Defendant choked her from behind with his arm around her neck, which caused to her to lose consciousness and fall to the ground. Law enforcement observed a contusion on Victim’s head, red marks on her neck, purple bruising on her neck, and a bloody upper lip.
Defendant was not located on scene. Defendant's behavior has been escalating and increasing in violence toward the Victim. Due to serious safety concerns for the Victim [NAME REDACTED], the State requests this Complaint issue as a warrant.
