Richard Allen Dahle

At approximately 5:04 PM on April 4th, 2026, officers from the Woodbury Police Department observed a vehicle with expired registration in the area of Century Avenue and Brookview Road, in the City of Woodbury, within Washington County. Officers initiated a traffic stop and identified the driver as RICHARD ALLEN DAHLE [DOB REDACTED], the defendant. It was determined that in addition to the expired registration that the defendant had no insurance on the vehicle. A tow was arranged, and during an inventory search officers located a black bag inside, which contained a baggie with a white crystalline substance that later tested presumptively positive as 13.53 grams of methamphetamine.
