Kevin Lamonte Hill

On 06/29/2025 at about 1552 hours, St. Paul Police took a report of a motor vehicle theft at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in St. Paul, Ramsey County. The vehicle’s owner, STC, said that on 05/30/2025 she let her ex-boyfriend, identified as Kevin Lamonte' HILL (DOB/1997-10-21), drive her 2019 black Toyota Camry (MN/FDX087), and told HILL to return it that evening. HILL did not return it that day and – more than a month later – had still not returned it. The value of the vehicle exceeded $5,000. On 7/1/2025, STC contacted St. Paul police again and said she had located her vehicle in the Minneapolis police impound lot.

When she picked it up, she discovered it had sustained significant damage since it was taken by HILL. STC later provided police a damage estimate totaling $17,162.00.
