Based on reports from an incident occurring on November 19, 2025, your Complaint offers the following to establish probable cause: At approximately 8:00 P.M. On November 19, 2025, Forest Lake Police Officers made contact with G. W. B., who reported to being assaulted by JUSTIN ALEXANDER RICHARDSON [DOB REDACTED]. G. W. B. Reported the assault occurred that day at approximately 6:00 P.M. In the parking of the Holiday gas station located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] West in the City of Forest Lake, Washington County, State of Minnesota.
G. W. B. Knows RICHARDSON as they both work together in the past. G. W. B. Reported being punched one time in the face by RICHARDSON. During the investigation, officers reported observing blood outside the Holiday station in the area of the assault. Officers also learned that store employees saw G. W. B. Enter the store with a bloody face. Officers also obtained video surveillance that showed the assault. Officers reported observing a small laceration on the right side of G. W. B. Face. G. W. B. Also appeared to have a bloody nose.
G. W. B. Was later treated at a hospital and diagnosed with a fractured nose. Officers obtained surveillance video of the assault that RICHARDSON walk up and swing his left arm at G. W. B. Following the assault, RICHARDSON is seen running out of the parking lot.
