Officer observed a black Chevy Silverado (“Vehicle”) traveling in front of Officer’s squad. Vehicle stopped completely at a stop sign and then turned on its left turn signal. Vehicle turned left at the intersection without signaling 100 feet prior to the intersection. Officer ran Vehicle’s license plate and determined the registered owner was Tammi Dawn Brown, [DOB REDACTED] (“Defendant”).
