On September 12, 2025 Fridley Police were dispatched to [ADDRESS REDACTED] NE, Fridley, Anoka County for a theft report. The reporting party was M. M. A., Victim hereinafter. She reported that earlier that day she received notifications that her credit cards had been used at various stores. She checked her vehicle and found that her purse was missing from it. The victim’s US Bank credit card was used at the Fridley Walmart four times. The Victim’s debit card was used at the Fridley McDonalds and Kitty Korner in Coon Rapids.
These transactions all occurred on September 12, 2025 in Anoka County. Law enforcement received CCTV footage from these locations. The vehicle that was driven to multiple locations was a Chevrolet truck bearing a Wisconsin license plate of XE78659. Law enforcement used facial recognition software to identify the suspect as Jessica Lynn Bradley [DOB REDACTED], Defendant hereinafter. Law enforcement later received the CCTV footage from Kitty Korner, the same suspect from the facial recognition and prior footage is seen entering the store and using the credit cards.
At no time did the Victim give the Defendant permission to have or use her debit and credit cards. The total amount of the transactions made by the Defendant was $398.47. Due to the Defendant having an outstanding warrant in file ••-CR-••-••••, and her whereabouts being unknown to law enforcement, the State requests a body only complaint warrant in this matter and requests that the Defendant be held in custody until appropriate bail and conditions of release be set pursuant to Minn. R. Crim. Pro 6.02, Subd. 1.
