Probable Cause
On or about 4/03/26, officers responded to a report of a domestic abuse in progress at an apartment building on the 2600 block of 29th St. E., Minneapolis, Hennepin County, MN. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been with his wife, Elizabeth Aicha Kamara [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, and their 2-year-old daughter. Victim and Defendant began arguing over parenting their daughter. Defendant took Victim's laptop and slammed it on the floor, then splashed water on the laptop. Victim tried to leave and moved toward the front door.
Defendant grabbed a kitchen knife and stood between Victim [NAME REDACTED]. Defendant made comments like "you can not leave, stay here" as she was holding the knife above her shoulder. Defendant also said, "if you touch me, I will stab you." During this argument, Defendant pushed Victim, while still holding the knife. Defendant is currently in custody.
