In December 2021, officers received several cyber tips that came back to Defendant Jacob Richard Miller [DOB REDACTED] for downloading or uploading child [NAME REDACTED]. Based on the cybertips, officers obtained a search warrant for Defendant's home. On September 23, 2024, officers executed a search warrant at Defendant's home in Robbinsdale, Hennepin County, Minnesota. During the search warrant officers collected several of Defendant's electronic devices. Officers also read Defendant his Miranda rights and he agreed to speak with officers.
During Defendant's post-Miranda statement to officers, he admitted to possessing CSAM material and disturbing CSAM images. After officers executed the search warrant, Defendant's electronic devices were forensically examined. The forensic exam of Defendant's devices confirmed the devices contained 74 CSAM images files and 87 CSAM video clips. The following is a description of 4 of the CSAM files found on Defendant's devices: 1. A male voice could be heard stating: “Put your hands down, stick your tongue out.” He ejaculated on her face as she continued to sit on the toilet. 2. SOURCE ID: Item 3- Defendant's cell phone FILE DESCRIPTION: The video appeared to be recorded in a bathroom, as a prepubescent female stood by a glass shower door. An erect penis was inserted in her mouth. The female wore pigtails and a sleeveless striped dress. 3.
