At around 4:45 PM on April 17, 2026, officers were sent to [ADDRESS REDACTED], White Bear Lake, Ramsey County on a robbery. The caller said two males from school had jumped him and stolen $20. Officers met CF (YOB: 2010) who had visible injuries and bruising to his face. CF would later explain that he had arranged to buy a vape pen from JW (YOB: 2010) at that location for $20. CF’s mother gave him two $10 bills before CF went to [ADDRESS REDACTED]. JW and JAYDEN LOUIS REINHARDT [DOB REDACTED] approached CF. Reinhardt sucker punched CF’s face.
CF fell to the ground, and Reinhardt and JW continued to assault him. Reinhardt and JW pulled the money from CF’s pocket and went back inside [ADDRESS REDACTED]. CF said he was assaulted before the vape transaction was completed. Officers made contact with JW who admitted he had been in a scuffle with CF. CF contacted JW over Snapchat about buying a vape pen for $20. JW claimed CF wanted to fight him when JW went outside. They fought, and JW never sold CF the vape pen, and money was never exchanged.
Officers spoke to a woman who witnessed the incident. She said JW went outside when CF arrived. JW immediately started punching CF. Reinhardt went outside, put CF in a headlock, and punched CF. They took $20 from CF. Officers arrested JW and recovered a vape pen from his left pants pocket. JW said, “That’s the vape I was going to sell.” Officers arrested Reinhardt. CF positively identified Reinhardt as one of the men who robbed him in a show-up. Reinhardt was advised of his constitutional rights and agreed to speak to police.
According to Reinhardt, JW said he was going to “beat this dude’s ass real quick.” Reinhardt denied being involved. Officers spoke to others at the scene about recovering the missing money. A woman went inside and returned with a $10 bill she claimed had been on a table inside. Officers later developed information that Reinhardt had given the bill to his girlfriend and asked her to hold it. JW later said he put the other $10 bill in the bottom of a cat stand inside the house. That bill was also recovered and turned over to police.
