Passion Maria Tucker

On August 17, 2025, Minneapolis Police officers were dispatched to a domestic assault at an apartment located on the 1700 block of West Broadway in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota. Officers spoke with a fully identified female, Victim herein, who told officers that her mother, PASSION MARIA TUCKER [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein, who she has been staying with, had physically assaulted her and then threw her out of the apartment. Officers noted Victim’s face appeared red and swollen, especially around her left eye and cheek.

Victim’s hair was disheveled, and she had tears streaming down her face. Victim [NAME REDACTED] had an argument with Defendant that evening over something she bought but Defendant took. At some point during the argument, Defendant attacked Victim, throwing her against a wall and to the floor, beating her on the head and face and choking her. Defendant used both her body weight and hands to choke and beat Victim. Victim could not breathe for a time while being choked. Defendant then dragged Victim across the floor and threw her outside.

Officers spoke with Victim a month later and she stated that she hears a ”beeping” noise in her ear from the assault. Defendant also continues to assault her. Due to the facts alleged here and the parties’ relationship, the State respectfully requests a warrant to issue.
