Det. Walski arrived and it was determined to bring Victim A to the law enforcement center (LEC) to get a full statement. Det. Walski also obtained an audio file from H. A. C that was recorded when Victim A’s mother confronted the defendant. Walski later reviewed the audio and heard the defendant deny Victim A’s allegations and stated that he would not “touch her anymore.” At the LEC, Det. Walski spoke with Victim A. Victim A stated that on that day, she was home alone in the living room of her residence.
She stated that the defendant came upstairs and sat down next to Victim A and asked her for a side hug. Victim A said the defendant pulled her up to his chest area and his arms were around her chest area, with her back to the defendant. Victim A stated the defendant then put his “hands like this” and demonstrated with her thumb down her shirt between her breasts. She said the defendant kept rubbing her breasts with his thumb and hand. Victim A also stated that the defendant’s other hand was touching between her legs on her inner thigh, closer to her vagina area, over her clothes.
Victim A said the defendant was moving his hand back and forth while his thumb was inside her shirt and inside her bra. Victim A said the defendant did not say anything and it lasted for about a minute. 3 50-CR-26-129 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/23/2026 Victim A said she was uncomfortable and told him she was going to go to her bedroom. Victim A said when she told him she was going to the bedroom, the defendant said ok and that he wishes she was out with him more. She said the defendant kept bugging her after that, was calling out for her, and knocking on the door.
Victim A said she had her phone and tried to contact her mom, aunt, and H. A. C. She said H. A. C. Replied that she was there and had Victim A open the door. She said her mom came home as well. Victim A said the defendant kept trying to talk to her and get her alone. She said she never talked to him after that or was alone with him. When her mom came home, her mom wanted the defendant to come to the room so they could talk about what happened. Victim A said her mom confronted the defendant and the defendant denied the incident.
