On December 27, 2025, Oakdale Police Department Officer Drazkowski was informed of a fraud complaint. He spoke with the reporting party, hereinafter identified as "Victim" (an adult female fully identified in police reports). Victim [NAME REDACTED] involved in a robbery that took place in Roseville, Minnesota on December 23, 2025. She said that her wallet, that contained several credit cards, was taken during the robbery. Among those credit cards was a Mastercard and a Target debit card. The Target debit card was used at Target in Oakdale, Washington County, Minnesota on December 26, 2025 at 2055 hours.
Victim provided Officer Drazkowski with a screenshot of the transactions that occurred at Target, that showed that her card was used, without her permission, to purchase $138.48 worth of merchandise. Victim also reported that her Mastercard was used to purchase $15.00 worth of gas on December 27, 2025 at a Kwiktrip in Oakdale, Minnesota. Oakdale Police Department officers later obtained surveillance video from the transaction at Target with Victim's card. With the assistance of other law enforcement agencies, Oakdale Police Department officers were able to identify the suspect as SHANE ROBERT LUND [DOB REDACTED]. Lund not only matched the physical description of the suspect in the video, but has a distinct tattoo that matches the tattoo of the suspect in the surveillance video.
Attempts to contact Lund were not successful. Lund has previously been convicted of Felony Theft in Court File No. ••-CR-••-•••• on March 1, 2023. A complaint warrant is being requested, as Lund has several active warrants out for his arrest and is unlikely to respond to a summons to appear in court.
