The Victim [NAME REDACTED] had been on her tablet sitting next to the Defendant who had been playing video games. Defendant used his hand to touch the outside of the Victim's private parts under her cloths. In 2022, R. P. Indicated to law enforcement that he estimated the Defendant lived with him from August of 2021 to February 19 of 2022. It was in February when the Defendant and C. C. Revealed their relationship and moved into the 32nd Street address. The first incident that occurred was believed to have occurred at the 16th Avenue address prior to the move.
Det. Werk spoke with C. C. Indicated that the Defendant was a friend of her and R. P.s. The Defendant lived with them for a time. C. C. And R. P. Separated for a year and during that time C. C. Dated the Defendant. Since these allegations, C. C. Has not been in a relationship with the Defendant and the Defendant has not 2 14-CR-26-10 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 1/2/2026 had any contact with the Victim. ### PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn.
