NC reported to the St. Paul police that credit cards were stolen from her purse at her workstation at United Hospital in St. Paul, Ramsey County, while she worked a shift there on October 17, 2025. She discovered unauthorized use of her credit cards. Investigation revealed that one of her cards was used without permission at the Walgreens in St. Paul, Ramsey County, on October 19, 2025. Video showed Charles Edward McIntosh, [DOB REDACTED], stealing the items from NC’s purse and using the credit card at Walgreen to make a $395.66 purchase.

McIntosh is well known to St. Paul police officers. His modus operandi includes stealing purses and wallets.
