Diego Daniel Machado

On March 20, 2026, at approximately 11:00 P.M., officers responded to the area of 30XX Nicollet in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota and observed people trespassing with multiple no trespassing signs posted directly in front of them. One of the persons was identified as Diego Daniel Machado, hereafter defendant. Defendant was found to have an outstanding warrant and was subsequently arrested. Upon search, officers located a folded blue Post-it note inside his coat which contained a powdery substance that later field-tested positive for.07 of a gram of fentanyl.

The State seeks a summons for the defendant to appear in Court.
