Olson had observed a male sorting through items contained in a duffel bag after exiting the Marshall's store. Det. Olson responded to the Marshall's store and made contact with a store employee. The store employee confirmed that the male observed earlier by Det.
Olson had walked out of the store. When the male walked out of the store with a full duffel bag, it appeared to be full of Marshall's merchandise. The male did not make any attempt to pay for the items. Det. Myers located the male based on information provided by Det. Olson. Det. Myers identified the male as ISMAIL MAHAMED ALI [DOB REDACTED].
