On 3/27/ 2026 ata about 0852 hours, St. Paul police responded to the Walgreens at [ADDRESS REDACTED] N in St. Paul, Ramsey County on a report of disorderly conduct. Police arrived and spoke to the manager, KJK, who said the suspect had already left. However, while police spoke to KJK, a different male, later identified as Justin Morgan MANSKE [DOB REDACTED], exited the store without paying for merchandise in his possession. Officers stopped MANSKE at Wabasha St N and 6th St E and arrested him. During a search incident to arrest, police found $8.14 worth of Walgreens merchandise and a circular tube that contained suspected narcotics.

The substance later tested positive for methamphetamine with a net weight of 1.53 grams.
