On January 27, 2026, Wright County Sheriff’s Deputy Pachan received a report of a threats complaint. Deputy Pachan met with MMJH who said that Lannie Larenzo Bush, Jr. [DOB REDACTED] (hereinafter “the defendant”), her ex-boyfriend and father of her child, [NAME REDACTED]. At approximately 2:22 A.M. On January 25, 2026, MMJH received messages from ***-***-2487. She searched the phone number on CashApp, and it came back to the defendant’s “manmanbush” profile. The messages said things like “on chop b**** so you Wanna f*** my opps[,]” “while my baby right there[,]” “on Nelly b**** watch when I see yo ass[,]” and “on Maya loc watch[.]” She then received messages through the defendant’s sister’s Facebook profile.
MMJH knew those messages were from the defendant, rather than his sister, based on how the messages were written and because MMJH and the defendant would communicate with each other about their child through the defendant’s sister’s Facebook in the past. The messages said things like “On Nelly When I see You B**** I’m Shooting you in Yo Shii[,]” “F****** opps while my baby right there is you coo[,]” “You goofy ass lil girl[,]” “On chop watch[,]” and “Yol il ass sick[.]” MMJH also missed audio calls from the defendant’s sister’s Facebook profile at 2:32 A.M. And 2:34 A.M. MMJH knew the defendant’s Facebook profile name to be “BigOpp BailOut.” Starting at approximately 2:19 A.M., MMDH (MMJH’s brother) received messages from the defendant’s Facebook account.
The content of the messages included things like “On chop yo sista finna get shot in her s*** watch[,]” “Gang on San Ian Tryna hear runna ts[,]” “Q, her ass fried 100[,]” and “Watch when I see herr ass[.]” MMJH was at her residence in Otsego, Wright County, Minnesota when she received and viewed these messages. The messages MMJH received on January 25, 2026 made her feel scared. When Deputy Pachan called ***-***-2487, the woman who answered the phone identified herself as the defendant’s mother. She said multiple people use her phone.
The State respectfully requests that a warrant issue for the defendant’s arrest. First, the defendant’s arrest is necessary to prevent imminent harm to MMJH. In addition to threatening to shoot MMJH on or about January 25, 2026, MMJH told Deputy Pachan about a history of past abuse. MMJH said the defendant punched her in the face twice on or about October 31, 2022. MMJH said the defendant pulled her hair and slapped her in July 2023. In approximately August 2023, MMJH received multiple text messages and calls weekly from unknown numbers; some of the messages said they were going to shoot up the house.
Second, the defendant’s location is not reasonably discoverable. MMJH told Deputy Pachan that MMJH does not know the defendant’s current address. The defendant’s mother told Deputy Pachan that she does not know where the defendant is staying and does not have a current phone number for him.
