All of the conduct described herein occurred within the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, unless otherwise noted. Duluth Police received a report that Defendant JACOB WILLIAM VOIGHT [DOB REDACTED] had fondled a woman’s breasts without her consent. The victim (hereinafter Victim) explained that she had known Defendant for about two months because they lived in the same apartment complex at [ADDRESS REDACTED]. In Duluth, St. Louis County, Minnesota. The two were not in a relationship. Victim said that when she visited Defendant in his apartment on the night of September 17, 2025, he gave her an Adderall and Xanax, and she fell asleep.
At around 4:20 AM on September 18, 2025, Victim [NAME REDACTED]. She was on her right side, and Defendant was laying beside her on his right side, so his chest touched her back. His hand was under Victim’s sweatshirt, tank top, and bra. He was fondling both of her breasts. Victim [NAME REDACTED], said “What the f***, Jacob?” and asked him what he was doing. Defendant said something to the effect of “This isn’t a big deal.” He then explained that Victim had been having a muscle spasm when she was sleeping so he laid down with her to calm her.
Victim left, called a friend, called a crisis line, and then flagged down the Duluth Police Officer. She later gave a complete statement. At no time did Victim give Defendant permission to touch her breasts. Victim had told Defendant that she did not want to have a romantic relationship with her. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 609.49, intentional failure to appear for duly scheduled court appearances may result in additional criminal charges, and in addition to any arrest warrant that may otherwise be issued by the Court.
