On November 14, 2025, at approximately 10:45 hours, a male was observed on milestone cameras dealing suspected narcotics from his vehicle, MN#SZA593, near [ADDRESS REDACTED] N in Minneapolis, Hennepin County. The vehicle was then located by law enforcement in the area of Lyndale Ave N and 18th 1/2 Ave N traveling north. A police squad pulled behind MN#SZA593 and activated their emergency lights to conduct a stop. Immediately, the driver accelerated, picking up speed, and drove around several vehicles in the northbound lane of traffic as it continued northbound through West Broadway Ave.
Per policy, the squad did not pursue the suspect vehicle but kept track of the vehicle via cameras. Photos of the driver were obtained and compared to the male dealing suspected narcotics. The male was the same person. The driver was later identified as KARUL JEROME BROWN, [DOB REDACTED], using previous police contacts. A warrant is requested in the interest of public safety.
