On December 20, 2025, at approximately 4:40 P.M., Bloomington Police were dispatched to a theft at Macy's, located at [ADDRESS REDACTED] in Bloomington, Hennepin County. Police arrived and spoke with loss prevention that reported a female suspect had entered the store and was observed going into the handbag department. The female suspect then selected a handbag, belt, and fragrance set, before entering a kid's fitting room and exiting with only the bag in her possession. The female suspect is then observed selecting additional merchandise on the second floor and entering a different fitting room before exiting the room with only the bag again.
The female suspect then exits the store into the mall without attempting to pay for or forfeit the merchandise. Loss prevention stopped the female suspect, who began pulling away and resisting the employees. The female suspect was then searched, and loss prevention located the stolen items and it appeared the female suspect had attempted to burn the tags and sensors off. Police responded and attempted to identify the female suspect who provided the name Allura Le with the [DOB REDACTED]. Police searched the female suspect's belongings and within her wallet, located a glass jar containing a rock of suspected narcotics.
As the female suspect was being transported to the police department, she told police she would give her real name and provided the name of Linh Thuy Thi Bguyen with the [DOB REDACTED]. The female suspect was identified at the jail via fingerprints as XIU KIM PHAM [DOB REDACTED], Defendant herein. Defendant had five active warrants for her arrest. The total value of the stolen items was $1,118.49. The suspected narcotics were later processed and field- tested positive for 1.89 grams of Fentanyl. At present, Defendant is not in custody.
