After LWT further described what the masseuse had done to him, both he and ND encouraged LWT to notify police. MM believed it was ND and LWT’s first massages and they may not have known what to expect. He added, “Nobody went there with the intention of that,” i.e., getting masturbated. On September 30, 2025, LWT notified police that after the assault, he went home and later received a phone call from a 612-704-**** number, which he didn’t answer. He then received two text messages from the same number.
LWT provided the messages to police. The first message, at 0709 hours read: Good morning, sir 2 62-CR-25-8584 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 11/17/2025 Please let me know what is happen yesterday? After you leave the police come to my store, I was not there when the police came, and I want to ask if I can do anything for you please let me know, thank you so much (prayer hands emoji) The second text, sent at 1047 hours read: I’m sorry for I made you feel uncomfortable yesterday, I wish you can pick up my phone to say sorry to you!
I can return all the money to you, please come back anytime, I am so sorry again!” Police spoke with QINQIN at the White Bear Lake business on September 28, 2025. She said LWT paid $80 plus $60 in tips for “regular” massages for he and his two friends. QINQIN described LWT as appearing to be very nervous because he didn’t have any clothes on.
