Complainant has learned from Wisconsin authorities that RICHARD ALLEN WYLIE, the Defendant herein, has been convicted of the felony offenses of four counts of Burglary in Washburn County, Wisconsin. On March 9, 2026, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections issued a warrant for the Defendant's arrest after he absconded from supervision. Defendant fled the state of Wisconsin and is currently in custody in the Hennepin County Jail, located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
