Victim was trying to get away from Jones. Jones grabbed Victim by the hair and drug her back inside Victim's residence. When Victim got to Witness 1's residence, she noticed Victim [NAME REDACTED] on her body, patches of hair missing, and blood coming from her ears. 3 55-CR-26-1806 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 3/12/2026 Surveillance was conducted at Jones's home, which is in NW Rochester. They observed that he was dropped off in the driveway of the residence. Jones was ordered to stop.
But fled into the residence and slammed the door. He was told he was under arrest but he refused to answer the door. The door was forced open by law enforcement, Jones fled out the backdoor of the residence. A cell phone was found behind the garage of the residence, which was later identified as Victim's phone. A complaint warrant is being requested. Jones refused to comply with officers when he was told he was under arrest. He has since talked to officers via phone and said he is on his way to Maryland.
Due to victim safety and the likelihood that Jones does not respond to a summons, a complaint warrant is requested. PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: YOU MUST APPEAR FOR EVERY COURT HEARING REGARDING THIS CASE.
