Tyler Vincent Vidovic

All of the conduct described herein occurred within the County of St. Louis, State of Minnesota, unless otherwise noted. In May 2026, a juvenile female born in February 2010 hereinafter Victim, reported concerns to a staff member at Harbor City School that she was being stalked by an older male. The staff member reported that the Victim [NAME REDACTED] inappropriate relationship with a male much older than her, who was subsequently identified as Tyler Vincent Vidovic [DOB REDACTED] hereinafter Defendant, in the summer of 2025 and that the Defendant showed up at the Duluth Transit Center in downtown Duluth the week of May 4, 2026 and attempted to speak with the Victim.

It was the fourth or fifth time in the past week that he tried to engage with the Victim. The Victim was afraid she might be taken. Law enforcement subsequently conducted interviews with the Victim. During the interviews the Victim detailed the following: The Victim [NAME REDACTED] on Snapchat in approximately June 2025, as she and a 13 year old friend were looking for people to hang out with. The Victim said that she spent time with the Defendant when she was 15 years old. Their communication was over Snapchat.

The Victim stated Defendant’s Snapchat name was “bigmfnasty01”. Initially, Defendant did not know the Victim was a minor. Eventually, the Defendant told the Victim [NAME REDACTED] was a minor, [NAME REDACTED] was okay having sex with her. Defendant estimated the Victim was 17 years old, but the Victim [NAME REDACTED] was 15 years old. Defendant responded, “That’s fine, as long as you don’t bring the cops into this, I’m fine with it.” The Victim went to Defendant’s residence approximately six times over the course of the summer in 2025. The Victim’s 13-year-old friend went with the Victim to Defendant’s residence on at least one occasion.

The 13 year-old friend also exchanged messages over Snapchat with Defendant that included sexual content, including sexual images of the juvenile. Defendant is charged with possession of child sexual abuse material related to the 13 year old in a separate complaint. The Victim [NAME REDACTED] intercourse with Defendant approximately five times at his residence. On one occasion, Defendant picked up the Victim from Duluth and brought her to his residence approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes away, which was later determined to be in the city of Chisholm in St. Louis County.

The Victim [NAME REDACTED] had intercourse it included vaginal penetration, and that Defendant was very forceful. The Defendant would grab her by the back of the hair and grab her throat if she teased him by saying no before they had intercourse. The Victim said that she performed oral sex on Defendant approximately three times at his request. The Victim said she complied because she did not want him to become angry with her. The Victim [NAME REDACTED] one time after they had sex at Defendant’s residence, Defendant told her, “Don’t you ever f****** tell anybody or I’m gonna f****** kill you because I know your address.” The final time Defendant and the Victim [NAME REDACTED] in December 2025 at Enger Tower Park in the city of Duluth.
