Complainant has learned from Wisconsin authorities that Theresa Alenne Pettit, the Defendant herein, has been convicted of the felony offense of Possession of Methamphetamine in Douglas County, Wisconsin. On January 29, 2026, the Wisconsin Department of Corrections issued a warrant for the Defendant's arrest after she absconded from probation supervision. Defendant fled the state of Wisconsin and is currently in custody in the Hennepin County Jail, located in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
