Nilwer Leobardo Velasquez Vasquez

On October 24, 2025, Cold Spring Police Officer Brody Sweeter responded to a possible sexual assault. Officer Sweeter spoke with Child A, a juvenile female between the ages of 14 and 16 years old, and who is fully identified in the police reports. Child A admitted that she and NILWER LEOBARDO VELASQUEZ VASQUEZ, [DOB REDACTED], the defendant herein, had engaged in oral and vaginal intercourse more than once between September 5, 2025, and October 22, 2025. The oral and vaginal intercourse occurred in the defendant's vehicle while it was parked in the City of Cold Spring, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota.

Law enforcement observed the defendant's vehicle in a public place and noticed condom wrappers in plain view. They took a voluntary statement from the defendant who admitted to having sexual intercourse with Child A. Child A told officers that the defendant knew she was underage. The defendant and Child A are 51 months apart in age. Complainant has reason to believe and does believe that all of the above information is true and correct. The above facts constitute your complainant's basis for believing that the above-named defendant, between the 5th Day of September, 2025, and the 22nd Day of October, 2025, in the City of Cold Spring, County of Stearns, State of Minnesota, committed the offense described herein.
