She did not believe she was high. Deputy Kotajarvi is also a Minnesota Law Enforcement Phlebotomist. At approximately 9:05 P.M., he obtained two vials of blood from DIMON. The samples were sealed and later mailed to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) for analysis. Deputy Kotajarvi checked with Emergency Department staff on M. M. C.’s status. M. M. C. Was semi- responsive. He had serious injuries to his head, and would need to be in the hospital for an extended period of time. M. M. C. Was unable to sign any release forms at that time.
Deputy Blue talked DIMON. DIMON stated she was driving the vehicle north on 165th Avenue and turned 3 25-CR-25-2476 Filed in District Court State of Minnesota 11/6/2025 onto 410th Street when her front passenger, M. M. C. Told her to go fast on the turn. DIMON stated she drove that route all the time and knew where she was going (she later stated Treasure Island Casino coming from Zumbrota). She stated she then lost control of the vehicle and remembered rolling multiple times. DIMON stated she does not remember getting out of the vehicle and was not wearing her seat belt.
No airbags were deployed and seatbelts were not locked. A large number of items were scattered around the rolled vehicle and next the driver’s side door was a black purse. Inside DIMON’s purse was the following: • Clear canister with black top (Field Test Positive for Methamphetamine) • Red Butane Torch • Casino Cards with BONNIE DIMON on them • Two Minnesota vehicle titles (one in Bonnie’s name and one in M. M. C.’s name) Rochester Mayo 1 transported M. M. C.by air, and Zumbrota Ambulance transported DIMON. Deputy Kotajarvi drove to St. Mary’s hospital in Rochester to collect a blood sample from DIMON. Deputy Blue collected DIMON's blood sample from Deputy Kotajarvi and trace amount of methamphetamine.
On October 5, 2023, the results from DIMON’s blood test were received by the Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office from the BCA. The results showed that Forensic Scientist Kelly Lingen analyzed the sample and detected 11-hydroxy-delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, an active metabolite of delta-9-THC, a Schedule I controlled substance, in a concentration of 1.
