The Complainant having reviewed the applicable reports believes the following facts to be true: On November 21, 2025, at approximately 3:12 A.M., a trooper with the Minnesota State Patrol was in the area of Interstate 94 and Highway 61 in the City of Saint Paul, Ramsey County. The trooper observed a vehicle speeding. The trooper stopped the vehicle and identified the driver as BRIDGET SOSA (10-17- 1994), Defendant herein. The trooper could smell the odor of alcohol coming from Defendant. The trooper observed that Defendant had bloodshot and glassy eyes.
The trooper had Defendant conduct standardized field sobriety tests and observed clues indicating that Defendant was impaired. The trooper arrest Defendant. The trooper read the breath test advisory to Defendant. The trooper asked Defendant to submit a breath sample for testing. Defendant submitted a breath sample. Testing on that breath sample revealed that Defendant's alcohol concentration was.11. Defendant has a prior impaired driving related incident. Defendant's driver's license was revoked on February 24, 2025 for driving with an alcohol concentration of.08 or more.
