At around 12:30 PM on January 12, 2026, correctional officers at the Ramsey County Adult Detention Center at [ADDRESS REDACTED], St. Paul, Ramsey County assisted St. Paul officers with an uncooperative arrestee – SALOME ANN KASPER [DOB REDACTED]. Kasper refused to follow directives to exit the squad in the garage, but she eventually got out on her own. Correctional Officer Magana and Sergeant Grundhofer escorted Kasper into the jail. Kasper called the correctional officers retarded b******. Kasper was escorted to a holding room and assisted to the floor where she was searched.

Kasper yelled, “F****** white b****,” and threatened to kill the correctional officers. Kasper said, “You better hope you don’t see me on the outside. I’ll murder you so bad.” Kasper turned her face and spat on Correctional Officer Magana’s knee. Kasper said, “I can spit. I can spit on a white b****.” Correctional officers left the holding cell without further incident.
